Lighting design is a discipline that combines technical and perceptive aspects related to the world of architecture and design. The perception of internal and external space is, in fact, a consequence of how light affects objects. The alternation of light, natural during the day and artificial during the night, allows users to perceive sensorial differences over time.

ESA engineering’s studio dedicated to lighting design was founded in 2014 in Milan. Today, with over 120 projects in progress, 70 already completed, the department embodies a fundamental role, ensuring a harmonious balance between technique and creativity. The team, formed by specialized architects and designers, collaborates to enhance the perception and identity of a place, offering a reading key.
